Only duplicate cds will be charged sales tax. 3D PROJECT TOTAL COST: (Includes duplicate CD's and sales tax) $ ____________________ 50% DOWN PAYMENT: $ ____________________ Before we begin work, we require a 50% down payment of the "Total Cost" quoted. WHEN 3D PROJECT IS COMPLETED / REMAINING BALANCE: We'll notify you when your 3D project is completed and direct you to our "Customer Gallery" where 3D stills can be viewed. If approved we'll then fax you a "3D Project Approval Form" that you need to sign, date and mail back to us along with your remaining 50% balance due. If you just ordered 3D stills, we'll send you a CD containing the 3D still files specified in your contract. If you ordered an animation, we'll then send you a CD containing a small version of your animation for you to review. At that time if you see anything that needs adjusting, we'll make the changes for you at no further cost and priority mail you a final CD containing the files specified in your contract. CANCELLING A CONTRACT: If you decide to cancel a signed "3D Project Price Quote" contract after the work has already begun, you will be required to pay for the percent of work already spent on the project up to that cancellation point. If you cancel the contract and the percent of work already done is less than the 50% down payment that you already paid for, then we'll refund you the difference. "MAKE IT RIGHT" GUARANTEE: Understandably, we can't refund the cost of your custom animation because of the time spent on it, but we will make changes to it before you receive your final CD if something needs adjusting concerning your original request. Any "additional" changes that weren't specified in the original contract will be charged an additional fee. COPYRIGHTS, MODELS & FILES: Upon completion of your 3D project, you will receive a CD containing the final renderings requested in your contract. Christian Journey, Inc. owns and will retain all 3D model files and original working files that we created for you. These are not given to the customer. We will not sell to anyone or reuse in another project any specific 3D model that we created for you in which the logo or object has already been copyrighted, trademarked or patented by you. We will however own the copyrights and usage rights of all "generic" objects that we create for your 3D project such as generic props, generic objects or background scenery and we reserve the right to reuse them in another project. An example of a generic object would be a table that your product is sitting on, a tree in the background or a hand touching your product, etc. RENDERING USAGE RIGHTS: We reserve the right to use any customer project renderings as 3D examples of our work in advertisement or in our web page galleries online. If you approve the above "Price Quote", and want us to develop your 3D project, please sign and date below and mail this form back to us with your 50% down payment. Your signature represents a contract for approval to begin the work.
