You can be confident that we are a trusted company and have been in business since April 2002.

How is my personal information used?

Your personal information is respected and we are committed to maintaining your privacy 100%. Your customer information is used for processing orders only and will be kept strictly confidential. In addition, your credit card number is used once only to process your transaction and it is NOT kept on file with us. Details about you and your purchases will not be shared in any other database or given to any other company.

Why do you ask for my email address?

Your email address is used for the purpose of sending you an order confirmation which also contains the date your items will be shipped. It is also used in case we need to contact you for any reason concerning your order.

Why do you ask for my phone number?

Your phone number is used in case we need to contact you quickly concerning your order. Sometimes questions arise and we don't have time to wait for an email to be answered.

Your order will only be processed if you live in the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii or have a Military APO/FPO address.

Will my credit card be processed securely online?

Yes it will. For your credit card security and safety, we use secure 128-bit SSL encryption through Paypal's payment gateway services to conduct automated payments over the internet.

Can I mail my order to you instead of paying by online credit card?

Yes you can. Instead of ordering online with a credit card, you can simply put the items you want into your shopping cart and when finished at the checkout screen, select "Check or Money Order" in the Payment Options dropdown. You will then see an order form with your items that you can print out. Print this form and mail it with a check or money order payment to the address on the form.

Do I have to pay sales tax for online shopping cart orders?

Yes you will if your order is from Florida. Christian Journey, Inc. is located in Florida and we have to comply with our state laws. If your order is from Florida, then sales tax will be added, collected and paid to the state of Florida.

If I send an order to someone at another address, will they get a copy of my receipt?

At checkout there is a comment block that asks you if you'd like a receipt mailed to the shipping address.

When will someone return my phone message I left to place an order?

If for some reason you called and we were not available at the moment to take your call, please leave your day and evening phone number so that we can reach you later. Your call is very important to us and it will be returned that same day. If we can't reach you, we'll keep trying until we do.

It looks like my credit card was charged twice...was it?

If you tried to put your order in more than once and any information was entered incorrectly, it may look like you were charged for each attempt but rest assured that you were not. All orders are voided if information is entered incorrectly. Normally this is because the billing street or zip code didn't match the billing information on file with the credit card. Another common reason is that the 3 digit CSC number on the back of the credit card wasn't entered properly. In all of these situations our secure Paypal payment gateway service will void your transaction. We'll try to reach you by phone to get the correct information and process your order. It takes 2-3 days for the voided charge to come off of your credit card but it will.

How do I cancel an order?

In order to cancel an order, you must call or email us that same day you placed the order. This is because most of our orders are shipped out the next day and once it goes out, we cannot stop shipment. If it has already been shipped, you must then request a refund once your order arrives.

Where can I read your refund and exchange policy?

You can find that information located on our Customer Service webpage.


Shopping Cart:

Can I remove items out of my shopping cart?

Yes you can. Simply click the "VIEW CART" icon located at the top of every page and then click the "Remove" button for that item.

Can I change the quantity of items in my shopping cart?

Yes you can. Simply click the "VIEW CART" icon located at the top of every page. Enter a new quantity for the item you want to change and click then the "Change" button for that item. The shopping cart will automatically update the total.


Shipping:

Do you ship overseas to other countries?

Your order will only be processed if you live in the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii or have a Military APO/FPO address.

How will my order be shipped to me?

Your items will be delivered using the United States Postal Service Priority Mail 2-3 day service (to most cities).

If you would like overnight shipping on your order, you must call us at 850-476-5030 to place your order by phone.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Most orders are processed as soon as they arrive, shipped the next day or within a few days and should arrive at your home within 2-3 days (to most cities) of the date shipped. Please add the days that the USPS is closed for holidays to your shipping time. It takes longer to create some custom items and graphic service projects but we will let you know when you can expect to receive them shortly after you place your order.

How will I know when my order will be shipped?

You will receive an email stating your "Order Shipping Date" shortly after your order is processed.

How long does it take for me to receive a "volume order"?

Your volume order shipping time can be around 2 weeks if we do not have the quantity you ordered in stock. Most orders are shipped out the next day though. You will receive an email stating your "Order Shipping Date" shortly after your order is processed.

Note: Not all items have volume discounts. If a volume discount is offered on an item it will say so in the order block for that item.


Miscellaneous:

Do you have a catalog that you can mail me?

You can view our products online only since we do not print catalogs.

What kind of printing do you use for imprinting a product that I order?

Your order will be printed using dye-sublimation inks which actually dyes the ink into your product giving a durable imprint with brilliant color. You can't feel the design on the product and it won't chip or peel off like other imprints will.

Will I get my photos back from a custom photo order?

Yes, absolutely! All of your photos will be returned just as you sent them to us.
