Have your helper wrap it around your wrist and tape it "END TO END" with "NO OVERLAPPING". If it doesn't feel right, start over with a new strip, adding or subtracting length to it. Once you have a comfortable strip of paper taped "END TO END" on your wrist with "NO OVERLAPPING", cut it off and measure it "END TO END". This is the length that you select in the "Wrist Size" dropdown. The "inside" of the finished wristband that you will receive when "snapped" will be the same measurement as the "Wrist Size" that you select. !!! Measure carefully and measure twice as there are no refunds or reworks on custom wristbands !!! Your wristband will fit nicely if you follow the instructions above.
